Land Matter by Rowand Taylor

When Kati Thanda is filled by the rains, it becomes the largest lake in Australia. The last time Kati Thanda reached full capacity was in 1974.

My father, David Taylor, has been observing the Australian landscape from the air for decades. He has the sense of instinctively following the land and water to find the magical patterns of nature that we document.

We witnessed Kati Thanda in all her glory and we felt welcome.

“Land matter” is a glimpse of the ever-changing expression of nature. We hope to draw more attention to the earth we live on.
